Does the free plan include SMS?
Email reminders and confirmations are free on every plan, including Free. SMS reminders are a paid upgrade — add text reminders on Pro when you want them on top of email.
Do I have to pick a plan to start?
No. You sign up, get your booking page, and start taking appointments on Free. Upgrade later only if you need staff menus, deposits or your own domain.
Can I switch plans whenever?
Yes. Move up or down anytime; changes prorate. Nothing locks you in.
Are payment processing fees on top?
